Question 1:
We are ac motor & fan manufacturer in X country,
We are looking for winding machine for external rotor motor. Stator
photo is attached.
Stator diameter is 110mm and height is up to 80mm.
Winding arrangements are 2, 4 and 6 pole.
Please let me know in case of you have suitable winding machine
Answer:
May we know below information to recommend suitable machine?
1. Rotor slot no. (24 slots or 36 slots or other slots)
2. Rotor size (110mm) , one of them height 80mm, how about other
height,
Fan Motor always have types of stack height
3. Winding diagram of stator should be changed to compliant with
machine (now it is produce by hand)
4. Single phase or three phase and how many poles separately,
please make a list
We can suggest winding diagram per motor phase and poles
Question 2:
How is the stator winding machine do the initial positioning?
Answer:
The machine use teeth or slotting on stator stack to do initial
positioning

3. Copper wire 1 roll enough for winding 10pcs stators
