Machine working process
The machine can automatically form the hairpin with below process
continuously,
Automatic Wire dereeling→ Wire feeding→ Wire straightener → Press
wire →
Side enamel remover → Wire width enamel remover → Pull wire→Wire
cutting
→Side chamfer with Air-hydraulic booster
→ Wire bend→ Splitting forming wire → unloading,
Output : around 3s’ to 5s’ per piece (according to hairpin length)
1). Automatical wire dereeling device
2). Wire straighten mechanism,
Comprised of X,Y direction two set Guide wheel straightening
And cylinder, the cylinder pull wire to straighten it.
3). Wire feeding mechanism
Servo motor Delta drive the wire feeding module to feed the wire,
the wire feeding length can be setted on screen,
and Max. Wire feeding length is 500mm
4). Enamel remover mechanism
The enamel remover is comprised of two structures,
Side enamel remover and width enamel remover
Two structure used 2sets of diamond grinding wheel driven by motor
to scratch off the enamels on the side and width
can control/limit the scratch depth
The Enamel remover function can be On/Off on touch screen.
5). Cutting mechanism
Cutting mechanism consist of press wire and cut wire device,
Before cutting, press wire cylinder and press tooling press the
wire to prevent it move,
And then cut the wire with four cutters, at same can remove burr if
occur
. After cutting, chamfer the side with Air-hydraulic booster
6). Wire splitting mechanism
Comprised of press wire device driven by cylinder and splitting
system
After forming, unloading the hairpin automatically when cylinder
return.
